Fee Policy
To secure their place, successful applicants must pay a 10% non-refundable
deposit 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the course. The
balance of the course fee is due 4 weeks prior to the commencement
of the
course.
Alternatively the course fee can be paid
monthly, or in 3 instalments prior to the commencement of each
trimester.
Payment dates will be
advised
by the College. Payment by instalment will attract a once-off
5% administration charge.
Fees paid in advance are held in a separate account to cover
expenses for each training program.
Refund policy
A fee refund, less the non-refundable deposit,
is given if the client cancels before commencement of the course.
In
the unlikely event of course cancellation by the Australian
College of Kahuna Sciences, full fee refund including the
non-refundable deposit is made to clients.
After commencement
of the course, fees are non-refundable except at the discretion
of the Chief Executive Officer.
Deferment
of Course and Fee Credit
Students may receive a pro-rata credit, less the non-refundable
deposit, if they cannot continue the course for unavoidable
reasons. The credit can be used to pay for a future course
of their choice.
Any credit of fees held is for the use of
that student only and is non-transferable to other persons.
Any credit of fees
being
held for the use of a client is non-refundable.
Overseas
Students: Students from other countries are welcome to enrol
in the same as set out above. Upon acceptance,
the applicant
needs to obtain a student visa for entry into Australia
through the Overseas Student Office of the Department
of Immigration
and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA) Embassy
in their country.
